About Jen Mulan
Jen Mulan lives in Canada and has worked in communications all her life. She started her career in Radio Current Affairs at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. From there she moved on to be a freelance contributor of short radio stories for international broadcast.
She followed that with life coaching as well as mind-body coaching for competitive athletes. At the same time, she wrote about her passion for Chinese food, which resulted in numerous articles and a book that was nominated for a World Cookbook Fair Award in Versailles, France.
Before becoming a full-time author, Jen Mulan wrote on cross-cultural communications and strategies while working as simultaneous court interpreter at the Canadian provincial courts. She has an Honors BA, a post-graduate certificate in media copywriting, training in communications from the University of California and eCornell.
Jen Mulan is a pen name that symbolizes courage and risk-taking.
